2017年9月14日下午，世用集团新能源汽车全球发布会暨第十届全球PE投资之旅“中国新能源产业创新合作发展论坛”媒体说明会在北京长信大厦二层成功举行。这次会议由世用集团董事长、中国国际投资贸易洽谈会（CIFIT）国际投资论坛国际投资专家委员会特邀专家、全球PE投资之旅（论坛）创始主席吕行健先生主持。

吕行健介绍了2016～2025世用集团暨世用汽车发展规划，以及即将在厦门中国国际投资贸易洽谈会（CIFIT）期间举办的第十届全球PE投资之旅论坛和世用汽车展馆的筹备情况。他强调，通过有机聚合全球范围的精英人才，赋予先进企业文化和科学的核心价值观，施行有效的合作分享机制，是推动并引领全球科技、产业、金融三大领域的创新、合作、发展方向，可以助力中国绿色崛起，服务全球消费者。

目前，全世界面临巨大的能源与环境危机。随着对石油消耗量及二氧化碳排放持续增长压力的加剧，对于未来节能减排效益更高型号车辆需求日益增长。研究表明，将纯电驱动作为主要技术方向对于解决这些问题至关重要。而且，从长远来看，只要考虑到其经济性以及环保效果，可知将纯电驱动视为未来车辆工业中最优选项也是不可避免的事实。

关于吕行健简介：

吕行健1968年10月出生于福建厦门，是北京大学经济学院硕士毕业生。他曾担任过集美大学中文系教师、中信证券深圳分公司投行业务部职员、新浪网产权交易频道主编兼经营总监等职务。在他的带领下，由他所创建或参与管理的人民日报市场报《财富周刊》执行主编、新浪网产权交易频道主编兼经营总监等多个机构获得了显著成就，并取得了突出的成绩。此外，他还是商务部国际投资论坛专家委员会成员之一，同时也担任集美大学校友总会副会长一职。

他不仅拥有深厚理论基础，更具有丰富实践经验。在他身上，不仅体现出了一个传统意义上的学术界人士，还具备极强烈的情怀使命感以及不断追求卓越的心理素质。凭借多年的理论研究与实践探索，他已成为少数既懂得品牌营销又精通企业管理资本运作的人才型领导者。

作为“global PE investment journey”(峰会)创始人自2008年以来，与中国国际投融资洽谈大会紧密合作连续举办了九届峰会，在此过程中形成了一种专业性开放性的公益性的精神基因。现在，“journey”已经成为了每一年北京朝阳区举办的一场年度盛事。而到了2017年9月19日，“journey”计划在厦门进行第十一次盛事，即“the 10th Global PE Investment Journey & China New Energy Industry Innovation Cooperation Development Forum”。

近几年来，他提出了许多新的思想，如“Lü's Investment 321 Principle”， “Three Segment Theory of Business Operation”, “Three Principles of Enterprise Management”, “Consumer Investment Theory”, and so on. Under the guidance of his innovative ideas, such as "organic integration of industry and finance", "industry-based, finance-driven", and "helping industries with finances to take off while assisting finances in making industries thrive", he has jointly proposed the concept of a biotechnology industrial park with his companies, including SEEC Foundation, SEEGroup, and Network Fund. This innovative business model has been put into practice at the SEEGroup-SEEV New Energy Industrial Park.

Since entering the new energy sector in 2009, Lü Rongjian began to focus on developing environmentally friendly batteries in 2011. In 2014, he decided to invest in micro electric vehicles (which will be globally launched on September 18th this year with mass production expected by the second half of next year). The SEES1 is positioned as a micro electric vehicle that is small-sized for short distances but smartly designed for urban communities like families or young professionals who are its main target market.

On April 1st this year, SGS announced that it had signed an agreement to develop its first phase project in Wu'an City! The planned land area is about one thousand mu (a unit used for measuring land), aiming at producing twenty thousand units per annum. For Phase II plans five thousand mu land area aim at producing hundred thousand units per annum.

Over the next three to five years under Lü Rongjian's leadership both SGS Group and SGSC Holding will continue investing heavily into new energy fields focusing on high-performance electric vehicles and advanced battery technology as core products promoting global sustainable development continuously healthily from then onwards thereby improving world conditions benefiting humanity profoundly.
